PHONOPHILE
Privacy
Updated October 13, 2026
Phonophile plays your Apple Music subscription like a record. This policy covers the Phonophile iPhone app and phonophile.grok.me.
Camera
The camera is used only while you line up a barcode on a record sleeve. The frame is read to find the barcode. It is not saved to your photo library.
Apple Music
Sign-in connects your own Apple Music account so the album can play. Playback goes through Apple. Phonophile does not sell your listening.
What stays on the app
A barcode you look up can be remembered so that sleeve opens faster next time. If you sign in to Phonophile, that account keeps your library with you. We do not sell personal information, and we do not track you across other companies’ apps.
Children
Phonophile is a music player. It is not directed at children under 13.
